Dalat Hasfarm Employee Mobile Application
HASConnect is an internal mobile application built by Dalat Hasfarm exclusively for our employees. It is not available to the general public and is not a customer-facing or e-commerce product. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and how it is protected.

HASConnect only accesses GPS location when an employee approved for remote or field-based clock-in actively taps the "Clock In / Out" button. Location is not tracked in the background and is not collected at any other time. It is used solely to confirm the employee's location at the moment of clock-in for timekeeping accuracy.
We do not sell, rent, or share employee data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is used internally by Dalat Hasfarm for HR, payroll, and attendance management only. Data may be disclosed if required by Vietnamese law or a valid legal request.
Employee data is retained for the duration of employment and for a period afterward as required for payroll, tax, and legal record-keeping obligations under Vietnamese labor law. Where no such legal retention obligation applies, data is deleted in accordance with the Account & Data Deletion section below.
To request deletion of your HASConnect account and associated data, please contact your HR or IT department. Requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
Upon a verified deletion request, the following will be deleted from active systems:
Certain records — including payroll, attendance, and payslip data — may be retained beyond an account deletion request for the period required under Vietnamese labor and tax regulations. This retention applies only to records Dalat Hasfarm is legally obligated to keep, and such data is not used for any purpose other than legal and payroll compliance once an account is deleted.
